WE DID IT!

We bought the house! As of yesterday afternoon, Nathan and I became home owners. Well, actually, Nate is the real home owner. It’s his name on everything. But he said I can share. 🙂 They just don’t like to give money to self-employed people. But they sure did give us money! I was convinced they were going to realize their mistake and take it away, but now the papers are signed. It’s ours so long as we keep paying for it, and we will definitely keep paying for it!
I am so relieved to have phase 1 complete. Now on to the prerequisite to phase 2 (packing so we can move). The big day is this Sunday and since we sold most of our furniture last weekend, hopefully it won’t be too bad. I just hope we can finish the packing!
Oh, and my Adam, :P””” They did too sell us a house. And you thought self-employed people would have a problem. 😉 Now we’re as cool as you.
