So we are a 3+ computer family. I say 3+ because only 3 are currently active. The others are awaiting an office in which to live. So I’m busy working on 2 weddings and a whole bunch of portraits, and it’s taking about 1000x longer than it should. Why? Well…
My desktop computer was just rebuilt. Reinstalled the OS, reinstalling all programs, etc. It’s only halfway done b/c the adobe program upgrades came in a weird way and Nate wants to look at how that needs to be done (we bought a bundle with the plan to put 1 program on my computer and the rest on his). I’ve almost got everything else done, but this no Photoshop thing is KILLING ME!
My laptop computer is currently running photoshop. This needs to stop. The poor little thing is from 2003 or so and wasn’t anywhere near the top of the line then. We’ve upgraded the harddrive and the RAM, but really, a computer of it’s calibur was never meant to do much more than web surf and word processing. It has done much more than that, but it’s not screaming fast like the other computers.
Nate’s desktop has something bad wrong with it. I could do the Photoshop work over there, but it keeps deciding that I don’t, in fact, want to work on a computer at all. How delightful. So now we’re probably going to wipe it and start from scratch.
Anyway, it’s driving me nuts. So back to work… ssssssssssssssllllllllllllllllllllllllllllooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwlllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy……………………..………….
