So, my posted “deadline” for Christmas orders (i.e. a guaranteed delivery in time for you to pass out your pictures as gifts) was December 1. I learned many years ago to post that on my website after a holiday season spent practically living at my lab. Well, yesterday, December 5, I received a handfull of late orders both by mail and e-mail. No problem, my lab doesn’t close for another week or so. It just amuses me that the point of deadlines seems to be to stress people out when they miss it, but not to discourage them from trying to get an extension.
