Fidelity

As a someone who watches people get married for a living, I think this is horrific! Why would we want to force people to get divorced?! I have heard the arguments about allowing gay couples to adopt (fears that they will “turn their kids gay” which has been debunked in many studies as well as a concern for the “instability” of the home life), and this is just stupid. If we want to give kids a stable home life, let their parents get married. And WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO LEAVE CHILDREN IN THE FOSTER SYSTEM WITH THE UPHEAVAL THAT PRODUCES WHEN THERE ARE PERFECTLY GOOD COUPLES WANTING TO ADOPT THEM?!?! Sorry for the yell, but it just kills me! Why do we insist on living in the dark ages. Gay people exist and they are just as nice and stable as straight people. Our kids and grandkids are going to really wonder at our sanity one day.
