David & Sonya

David & Sonya won our engagement story contest this spring. You can read their story here. They live in Chicago, and I LOVE Chicago, so any excuse to go is fine by me. It just so happened that we were driving through Chicago on our way to photograph a wedding in Estes Park, CO (yes, it’s between Tennessee & Colorado). I was so excited to meet them after reading their story, and they are just as fun and spontaneous as can be. Here are a few quick shots to give you an idea.

We’re still on the road, so Nate hasn’t had a chance to really get his hands on these, but I just couldn’t keep them to myself any longer! We met up at Lincoln Park Zoo & then headed over to the lake with the sky line in the background. The weather was PERFECT! Thanks David & Sonya & Chicago for being so awesome! 🙂
