Oh how I love a calm wedding. Don’t get me wrong. I love the big, crazy, huge parties with lots of people and a large wedding party. Those are great! But it’s nice to have the smaller weddings in there to balance everything out. We had a great time with Asante & Jerome. Their wedding was at Dara’s Garden in the new stone ceremony site and the smaller house on the hill. It was perfect.

They picked flowers and herbs and created the most amazing bouquets full of rosemary and mint.

They had a blast getting ready! The laughter was contagious!

Basha’s mom referred me this wedding. Thanks, Adria! Go see her at Earth Fare. Then buy fabulous food and eat it. 🙂

Jerome’s younger siblings were so sweet.

Asante’s daughter thinks mommy looks beautiful!

A little uncle/niece moment.

Our dapper groom.

His equally dapper father.

Off we go to the ceremony!

The beautiful bridesmaids.

I think Asante’s dad approves! 🙂

They are Raw Vegans, so this was a different spread than most receptions I have shot. But the food was FANTASTIC!!

A wedding isn’t complete without cake and who knew raw vegan cakes could be this good!! Here’s our baker with his delicious creations.

The dads tag-teamed the toast.

I loved the father daughter dance!
