Greg, my photodad, took us out to eat breakfast one day whilst in Little Rock. I have to say, they eat GREAT! in Arkansas! I got the blueberry pancakes, and while they weren’t quite as good as Shorty Lu’s, they were amazing. I love blueberries, and I love pancakes, and here were blueberry pancakes that tasted fantastic! So often you get pancakes that just don’t do either justice, or aren’t finished cooking around the blueberries. Not these. They were great. And huge!
Nate, once again, got a breakfast sampler of eggs, meat, and potatoes. Yum, yum & yum!
I guess what I’m trying to say is Ozark Country Kitchen makes a mean breakfast.
