I photographed the Pooles a while back when the sun just wouldn’t stay up. We tried to schedule a time during the day, but none of my weekend openings lined up with their schedule so we just said to heck with it, we’ll do a dusk sitting. I met them at a great little park in Harriman and we had a fabulous time!
It’s a lot harder to get a great family portrait like this during this late summer sunsets. This would be WAY past bedtime.
